Seeking a Senior B2B Content Writer on a contract basis, the remote role will focus on creating UX content for e-commerce, account management, and chat flows, while ensuring adherence to brand voice and accessibility guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
Write and edit UX content, including customer-facing articles and troubleshooting tools for B2B audiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review design wireframes and implement digital experience standards
Ensure all content aligns with style guides, SEO, and accessibility standards while supporting scrum teams in feature releases
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience
Three to five years of mid-level experience in UX writing or content design for B2B audiences
Two or more years of experience in content strategy, user testing, and analytics
Experience writing UX for digital spaces, such as e-commerce sales flows and mobile apps
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and project management systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus
