Join Strawberry Paris: Brand Director

Strawberry Paris is more than a brand—it's a dream of ultra-luxury boho romance. Inspired by the effortless elegance of Zimmermann and the timeless charm of Chloé, we craft feminine, sun-kissed collections that blend expert craftsmanship with modern travel-ready vibes. Every piece is made in top-tier factories with premium materials to deliver that perfect Parisian escape feeling. As we scale globally with strong momentum, we're looking for a high-energy, results-driven leader to serve as the CEO’s right hand and Brand Director.

The Role

As Brand Director, you’ll report directly to the CEO and be the key operator driving day-to-day execution across the business. You’ll lead in a fast-growing luxury fashion company, overseeing wholesale expansion, marketing execution, production, and overall operations across multiple channels. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning ambitious plans into measurable wins and helping us reach customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Wholesale Sales Growth and Manage Sales Staff: Lead hiring, training, coaching, and continuous performance optimization for the sales team. Closely track metrics, develop data-driven growth strategies, open new accounts, manage trade show calendars, and cultivate long‑term client relationships for repeat business and revenue growth.

  • Boost the Brand with Hands‑On Marketing: Partner with the CEO on targeted strategies including paid ads, influencer collaborations, celebrity placements, and content creation to drive e‑commerce sales, elevate brand awareness, and expand our global footprint.

  • Manage Apparel Production, Manufacturing, and Collection Development: Source and manage relationships with top factories worldwide, oversee product development from concept to completion, maintain strict timelines, and produce high‑quality samples, prototypes, and sales materials that wow buyers.

  • Lead Key Projects and Day‑to‑Day Office Management: Own project management for major initiatives (CRM implementation, automation tools, sales/customer service systems, etc.). Keep the office running smoothly and ensure all daily operations stay organized and on track.

  • Handle Financial Operations and Track KPIs: Manage shipping, accounts receivable (including smooth returns/refunds), accounts payable, collections, and cash flow. Deliver accurate reporting and hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets to protect profitability.

  • Support Daily Operations and Strategic Planning: Monitor expenses, provide insightful recommendations, and serve as the CEO’s primary partner on operational decisions and growth strategies.

  • Plan for Expansion: Help build out our franchise and partnership program, identifying opportunities to open physical retail presence in key markets that showcase our romantic, luxurious aesthetic.

Who We're Looking For

A STRONG, HIGH‑PERFORMING LEADER WHO DELIVERS RESULTS FAST

  • 3+ years in operations leadership, executive strategy, or senior‑level support in luxury fashion, wholesale, or e‑commerce (bonus for boho, feminine, or high‑end apparel experience).

  • Proven ability to analyze data, grow revenue, acquire new clients, and optimize processes.

  • Experience bridging creative and business sides — marketing (ads, influencers, endorsements) and production (sourcing, development, quality control).

  • Tech‑savvy with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), automation (Zapier, etc.), financial tools (QuickBooks, ERP), and project management software (Asana, Monday.com).

  • Exceptional organization, discretion, attention to detail, and composure under pressure. Friendly yet results‑focused leadership style that motivates teams.

  • Growth‑oriented mindset — you deliver outcomes others think are impossible, and you do it quickly. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Fashion, or related field. Fluent English required; French or other languages a plus.

What We Offer

  • Direct Partnership with the CEO: Work side‑by‑side with the founder in a dynamic, flexible environment with hands‑on training and real opportunities to grow your scope and impact.

  • Strong Compensation Package:

  • Base salary $60,000 – $70,000

  • Quarterly performance bonuses: $1,000 – $4,000 estimated (not guaranteed)

  • Annual bonus: $1,000 guaranteed, with potential up to $5,000 based on performance

  • Performance‑based profit share: $4,000 – $15,000 potential (determined by results, not guaranteed)

  • Total estimated compensation for exceptional performers: $80K–$100K+ in Year 1, with strong potential for $100K–$150K in Year 2

  • Excellent Perks: Generous product allowance, invitations to fashion events, travel opportunities for factory visits and market research, remote‑friendly with our stylish LA office as the hub.

  • Career Growth: Professional development budget, mentorship from industry leaders, and the thrill of helping scale a brand poised for major success.

  • Guaranteed raises every 6 months for strong performers + huge additional commission/bonus and large‑ticket income potential.

No bonuses are guaranteed, all performance based.

Ability for RAPID GROWTH.
