The Company is seeking a Senior Program Manager / Chief of Staff for Policy and Public Affairs. This pivotal role is the operational and strategic backbone of the team, responsible for driving priorities, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination across various functions. The successful candidate will serve as a force multiplier for the SVP, managing team operations, and will be deeply involved in strategic program management, particularly in the context of complex public approval processes. Key responsibilities include preparing briefings for executive and Board-level audiences, managing internal processes, and leading end-to-end program management for major initiatives. The role also involves supporting policy and public engagement, maintaining relationships with government officials and community leaders, and contributing to the team's culture and budget management.

Applicants should have 8-12 years' of experience in economic development, public affairs, government relations, or strategic operations, with a strong preference for those with a background in the technology, infrastructure, or real estate development sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running multi-stakeholder programs, a strong understanding of public policy processes, and exceptional communication skills. Experience in leading teams and managing external relationships is also highly valued. The role requires a strategic thinker who can operate with autonomy, make sound judgments, and is adept at managing up while being a trusted partner to senior leaders.
