Freelance 2D Line Artist

Seeking a talented Freelance 2D Line Artist to create polished line art for characters, props, and environments in a remote contract position, collaborating closely with the Art Director and Color Artists to ensure visual consistency and fidelity to artistic intent.
Key responsibilities

Create clean, polished line art based on thumbnails provided by the Art Director
Maintain precise proportions and visual consistency across all illustrations using existing model sheets
Prepare organized files for a seamless transition to the coloring phase while implementing feedback from the Art Director

Required qualifications

Exceptional drawing and construction skills for characters, props, and environments
Proven ability to follow defined visual styles and transform rough sketches into finished artwork
Solid understanding of perspective and comfort using 3D blocking for environment layouts
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English
