The Lumber Manufactory seeks a strategic operations leader to advise the CEO on strategy, governance, and market opportunities. You will set executive cadence, steer cross-functional initiatives, and help scale the organization across growing markets.
Based in or relocating to Seattle, Boston, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C., you will partner with investors and boards, lead government relations, and ensure alignment across strategic, financial, and operational workstreams.
