Safelite is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead front line associates and deliver a memorable customer experience at our Chandler, AZ location. You will oversee operations, including staff, cash handling, inventory, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance.
Schedule: Monday through Saturday with one day off. You will coach teams, address customer issues, manage work orders and vehicle routing, train staff, monitor productivity, and ensure OSHA and other regulations are followed.
