As a Senior Director of Manufacturing and Digitization Transformation here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the advanced manufacturing engineering function within the company. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, technical leadership, and operational oversight to the advanced manufacturing engineering teams. The Senior Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation, ensure product quality, and achieve business objectives. You will report directly to our 1 and you will work out of our 2 location on a 3 work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the company's ability to drive innovation, deliver high-quality products, and achieve business objectives. Your strategic leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the company's success, reputation, and growth in the industry. The Manufacturing Technology Leader deploys manufacturing technologies across Honeywell Aerospace.
Key Responsibilities
Leads manufacturing / factory technology roadmaps.
Own machine connectivity automation digitization at scale
Automation & Robotics strategy
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the advanced manufacturing engineering function
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced manufacturing engineering projects
Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve business objectives
Ensure adherence to advanced manufacturing engineering best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Manage and optimize advanced manufacturing engineering resources, budgets, and timelines
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Lead and develop a high performing advanced manufacturing engineering team
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or a related field
8+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering leadership roles
Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong technical expertise in advanced manufacturing engineering principles, methodologies, and tools
Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
WE VALUE
Advanced degree in engineering or a related field
Experience in implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes
Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in advanced manufacturing engineering
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
