Nuance Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, channel activation, customer onboarding, and go-to-market initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion. The role partners cross functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and external partners to support customer engagement, training, and successful commercial execution. Nuance Audio is a breakthrough hearing wearables line

eyewear with integrated OTC hearing technology creating an entirely new category at the intersection of vision and hearing care. The Senior Marketing Manager plays a key role in building this category in North America, engaging a dual audience (eye care professionals and end consumers), and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and external partners to drive awareness, adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Major duties and responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
Lead go-to-market initiatives, customer onboarding, channel activation, and partner engagement efforts to support adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, events, and other channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and successful deployment of marketing materials.
Develop and manage marketing collateral, customer training materials, sales enablement tools, presentations, website content, and social media communications.
Manage content calendars, project timelines, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution of campaigns, programs, and customer commitments.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, commercial teams, customers, and strategic partners to support implementation, training, engagement, and ongoing business objectives.
Manage content calendars, project timelines, agency and vendor relationships, and marketing budgets to ensure timely, cost-effective execution of initiatives and customer commitments.
Basic qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of marketing, commercial marketing, channel marketing, or related experience; eye care, audiology, or healthcare industry experience preferred.
Experience supporting customer onboarding, go-to-market initiatives, channel activation, account-based marketing, or customer engagement programs.
Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience developing marketing collateral, customer training materials, sales enablement tools, or educational content.
Strong analytical, business, and financial acumen with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM/contact management systems and familiarity with creative tools and agency briefing processes.
Demonstrated ability to influence others, work independently, and drive results.
Strong executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present to customers, key accounts, senior leadership, and executive audiences.
Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience supporting strategic partnerships, customer activation, and commercialization of products or services.
Experience working with insurance partners, managed care organizations, key accounts, or other channel-based business models.
Experience in high-growth environments supporting revenue-generating programs and market expansion initiatives.
Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
Experience launching products in new or emerging categories requiring market education and category creation.
Experience in regulated or medical device marketing (e.g., FDA OTC hearing aids, medical wearables, vision care).
