Key responsibilities
Oversee the design and delivery of high-quality learning experiences for K-12 Literacy and supplemental products
Collaborate with stakeholders to align product design with customer needs and strategic goals
Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring adherence to design standards
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
10+ years of experience in enterprise creative/design management, particularly in UI/UX across multiple platforms
Proven track record of managing large-scale digital initiatives and K-12 product portfolios
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with technology partners
Strong communication skills with the ability to present concepts to various levels of leadership
