Learning Experience Architect

Job Description

You will create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment in the organization. Your work will involve designing and expanding training and development programs that align with product‑specific methodologies and initiatives.
Learning Experience Leader Responsibilities

Set the standards and expectations through your conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
Create and deliver end‑user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams for all general preparatory courses before enterprise endorsement.
Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment.
Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and materials for training conducted.
Develop and create effective induction programs.
Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discussion with managers.
Ensure that statutory training requirements are met, understand e‑learning techniques, and identify where they are relevant; be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e‑learning packages.
Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct.
Roadside Assistance Specialist Training Responsibilities

Maintain TaskUs’s high standard of safety inside and outside the vehicle.
Consistently demonstrate situational awareness, understanding of the technology in your care, and a willingness to adjust to changes in the environment.
Communicate courteously with management, engineers, and the public as the deputy for technology.
Provide assistance to stranded motorists.
Operate/drive in single or dual driving mode for 6–8 hours a day alone or with a co‑driver, five days a week; be able to sit still for long periods.
Respond quickly to changing and potentially high‑pressure environments.
Work mostly individually but also in small groups of 2–10 people.
Monitor multiple software systems with constant focus.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
Provide concise, clear, and accurate verbal and written feedback regarding vehicle operations.
Complete daily reports and document procedures and tests.
Interact with the members of the public and educate them on self‑driving technology.
Operate self‑driving vehicles on defined and undefined routes, including a variety of environmental conditions.
Operate onboard data‑recording computers.
Cooperate in safe driverless vehicle operations, including safe vehicle setup, disengagement, and safe driving to a destination.
Apply safety procedures in rescue situations involving autonomous vehicles.
Exercise excellent customer service while assisting passengers of the driverless vehicle to disembark, board the rescue vehicle, and safely drive passengers to their destination.
Comply with TaskUs’s Autonomous Vehicle Division zero‑tolerance policy regarding alcohol or drugs during a shift, including randomized drug testing.
Remove stalled vehicles from surface streets and lanes of travel, coordinate with local law enforcement as needed, and respond to emergency roadside assistance calls within appropriate SLAs.
Drive a safe vehicle to and from specified destinations while following all state, local, and DOT regulations.
Focus on safety and compliance, including real‑time reporting of any accidents or incidents encountered on the road, monitoring of road conditions, and adherence to all applicable traffic laws.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED required; four‑year college degree preferred in a related field such as industrial or applied sciences.
Must meet driver requirements, including a clean driving record and acceptable criminal history under applicable regulations and laws in the state(s) of operation.
Valid state driver’s license required.
Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience on public roads (additional experience preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
Problem solver and critical thinker.
Follow well‑defined methods, procedures, reports, forms, and job aspects.
Capable of presenting and facilitating class discussions.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative; able to think outside the box to motivate and engage audiences.
Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and longer hours.
Knowledge of or prior experience driving in a professional setting, including delivery trucks and operating within high‑traffic or congested city zones and small areas.
Nice to Have

1–2 years of working experience in a related field such as training or teaching.
Strong leadership skills with proficiency in handling groups.
Physical Requirements

Occasional standing, walking, and sitting; long periods of sitting.
Use hands to finger, handle or feel, and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders.
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
Must have good close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Most work is accomplished outdoors in a vehicle.
