About the Position
Congin School is looking for a motivated and dynamic Instructional Strategist with a strong background in data analysis to inform best instructional practices and provide small group intervention. This is a half‑time, one‑year only position.

The Instructional Strategist will collect and analyze school data to determine trends and work with staff to offer teaching practices that support student growth. They will organize interventions and continuously monitor student progress, providing ongoing support and modeling instructional best practices for teachers. In addition, they will support the BARR model by organizing, scheduling, and facilitating meetings. The Instructional Strategist will work closely with the building Principal to ensure students are meeting growth targets and achieving academic benchmarks.
