We are looking for a Web Designer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team.

Position Summary
As a Web Designer at Perrill, you will work collaboratively with our marketing and development teams to design engaging websites that are built to convert. You will work on a wide variety of projects with a focus on designing eCommerce and lead generation websites. This position will be expected to blend traditional design while embracing AI‑assisted design using tools like Claude, Figma Buddy, or Google Stitch to rapidly prototype concepts, explore directions faster, and get client‑ready mockups in front of stakeholders sooner.

Reports to the Director of Development.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of experience in web design

Experience with responsive design layout and web design best practices

Graphic design, typography, and color theory background

Fluent in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)

Comfort with, or eagerness to learn, AI‑driven design and prototyping tools such as Claude, Figma Buddy, Google Stitch, or similar.

Experience optimizing designs for the web

Portfolio that displays an understanding of user‑centered design and graphic layout

Ability to work collaboratively with copywriters and developers

Working knowledge of CSS and HTML is desired but not required

Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

A curious, adaptable mindset — comfortable evolving your workflow as new design tools and AI capabilities emerge

Salary
$70,000 to $85,000+, depending on experience
