Remote Technical Writer IT & Claims Documentation

Signature Performance is seeking a ClaimsXM Technical Writer for a remote, nationwide position. You will gather, analyze, and translate complex information into user‑friendly documentation, serving as a bridge between SMEs and front‑end users.
You will craft, edit, format, and maintain IT governance materials, including policies and SOPs, and you’ll test content for comprehension while coordinating updates on an annual basis. Strong MS Office and documentation software skills are required.
