Senior AV Production Specialist – Events & Hospitality

Encore Global in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to set up and operate mid-level production events in a hospitality environment. You will manage advanced AV systems, ensure client satisfaction, and lead on-site teams during events.
The role requires 3+ years in event technology (Audio/Lighting/Projection/Video) and 3-4 years in customer service or hospitality, with training/certification within 60 days of start. A valid driver’s license may be required for some venues.
