Main Feed Marketing is growing, and we're looking for a Junior Content Creator & Editor to support our growing portfolio of med spas and medical clients.

While we work with businesses across many industries, this role will primarily focus on creating social media content within the aesthetics and medical space. You'll help capture treatments, behind-the-scenes moments, educational content, patient stories, current social media trends and the everyday moments everyone wants to see online.

This is an opportunity to gain real agency experience while learning and working alongside a dedicated team that lives and breathes social media.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with on-site content shoots at med spas and medical practices

Editing short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts

Organizing footage and delivering polished edits

Keeping up with social media trends and bringing fresh creative ideas

Supporting content days from planning through final delivery

You're a great fit if you...

Live within Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan (yes, that's a must)

Love creating content and editing videos

Have an eye for storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail

Are comfortable working in professional medical environments

Have reliable transportation for local content shoots

Provide your own equipment and editing software

Enjoy learning, taking initiative, and figuring things out

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Tools, CapCut, and Edits is a plus.

Compensation
This is a

1099 independent contractor position .

Compensation starts at

$15/hour during onboarding , with opportunities for increased pay as your experience, performance, and project responsibilities grow.

Compensation is based on approved project deliverables. Hours must be directly related to completing those deliverables.

Contractors who become a strong long-term fit have the opportunity to transition into a W-2 position.
