THELIFESTYLEDCO® is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer & Campaign Coordinator to join our in‑house marketing and creative team. This is an in‑office role based in the Metro Phoenix area.

This position is best suited for a creative professional who thrives in a structured, brand-driven environment and enjoys balancing exceptional design execution with campaign coordination. You'll translate creative direction and campaign briefs into elevated, cohesive visual systems while helping ensure marketing initiatives are organized, on schedule, and executed seamlessly across channels.

Our work is highly collaborative and concept‑led by marketing and creative leadership, with both creative execution and campaign coordination at the core of this role.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a highly execution‑focused role responsible for bringing creative direction to life across digital and print channels while supporting the operational execution of marketing campaigns. Work is guided by creative direction and supported through close collaboration across the Marketing and Creative teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Translate creative direction, campaign briefs, and concept frameworks into polished, on‑brand visual assets.

Execute design across digital, print, email, social media, web, and in‑store marketing materials.

Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and Creative Director to develop, refine, and extend campaign concepts into cohesive visual systems.

Bring a strong design perspective to elevate and strengthen provided creative concepts and briefs.

Maintain and evolve brand standards across all customer‑facing touchpoints.

Design performance‑driven creative for email marketing, paid ads, and social campaigns.

Ensure consistency and cohesion across multi‑channel campaign rollouts.

Support seasonal launches, product drops, and brand storytelling initiatives.

Coordinate campaign deliverables across marketing, creative, retail, ecommerce, and external partners to ensure projects remain on schedule.

Assist in managing campaign timelines, creative production schedules, and asset deadlines.

Organize and maintain marketing assets, campaign files, and creative libraries.

Help manage project workflows and task progress within Asana.

Support quality assurance by reviewing creative assets prior to launch across email, social, web, and print.

Assist with marketing calendars, launch checklists, and campaign documentation to ensure smooth execution.

Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and marketing processes.

REPORTING & COLLABORATION
This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the Creative Director as part of a collaborative in‑house marketing and creative team. The Graphic Designer & Campaign Coordinator will work primarily from structured briefs and established campaign concepts while contributing design expertise, coordinating creative deliverables, and helping ensure campaigns are executed efficiently from planning through launch.

SOFTWARE & TOOLS
Required

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

MARKETING & PLATFORM EXPERIENCE (Highly Preferred)

Experience with Klaviyo or equivalent email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Braze, etc.)

Strong understanding of email campaign design and mobile‑first layouts.

Instagram (posts, stories, reel covers, carousels)

Pinterest (strong plus, especially for interior design brands)

TikTok (basic creative assets and templates)

Familiarity with Meta Ads or digital advertising creative.

Experience using project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.com is highly preferred.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with demonstrated ability to execute high‑level, brand‑driven creative across digital and print channels (agency or in‑house required).

Strong portfolio showcasing high‑level branding, digital, and marketing creative.

Advanced understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Ability to execute quickly and consistently in a fast‑paced, brand‑driven environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual consistency.

Experience working within established brand systems and evolving them thoughtfully.

Comfortable working from briefs and structured creative direction.

Strong aesthetic alignment with luxury, editorial, or lifestyle design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities.

BONUS / PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

E‑commerce or Shopify creative experience.

Motion design or short‑form video content creation.

Experience building cohesive campaign systems across email, social, and web.

Experience supporting marketing operations, campaign coordination, or creative project management.

JOB LOCATION
In office MWTHF, in our Phoenix (Arcadia) Design Office, Tuesday work from home when applicable. 8:30am‑5pm.
