Studio Coordinator

Tempe, Arizona , and we're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Studio Coordinator to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our members, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional studio experience. From welcoming new students to supporting day-to-day operations, you'll help ensure our studio runs smoothly while building lasting relationships with our community.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist students with a friendly, professional attitude.

Provide exceptional customer service both in person, by phone, and online.

Conduct studio tours and convert prospective students into members.

Assist with membership sales, class packages, and retail sales.

Answer inquiries and respond to emails and messages.

Manage daily studio operations and opening/closing procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.

Support instructors and ensure classes run smoothly.

Assist with administrative tasks and studio organization.

Help with events, promotions, and community outreach.

Assist with social media content creation when needed.

Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with people.

Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

Organized with excellent attention to detail.

Professional, reliable, and well-presented.

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.

Confident with sales and able to recommend memberships and services that best suit each client's needs.

A positive team player who enjoys building community.

Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

Boutique fitness studios

Gyms or health clubs

Yoga, dance, or wellness studios

Spas or salons

Hotels or hospitality

Reception, customer service, or administrative roles

Experience with social media or content creation is considered an asset but is not required.
