Job Overview
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will assist the sales and marketing teams in providing different means of administrative support. The individual will plan and execute different projects, tasks and initiatives that will deliver success in sales and marketing driving business growth.

Job Duties: Marketing

Content Creation: Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop captivating and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets for use on our social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels

Social Media: Curate content for our social media pages, creating compelling posts, monitoring user engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media strategy

Internal Communications: Assist in drafting informative and visually compelling internal communications to support employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team

Reputation Management: Monitor digital presence by tracking and responding to online reviews, fostering positive customer experiences to build trust

Administration Marketing Support: Perform general administrative tasks in support of the marketing team

Maintain brand consistency across all materials

Monitor campaign performance

Job Duties: Sales

Support Account Executive on Sales efforts (meetings, cold calls, lunches, events, etc.)

Coordinate with sales representatives on active opportunities and follow-ups

Update CRM with new contacts, deal stages, and notes

Assist with building and maintaining online Reputation management.

Monitor campaign performance

Meet with sales team to align on messaging and priorities

Track lead generation sources

Help organize sales events or promotional events

Create and update sales materials

Help qualify leads before passing them to sales representatives

Coordinate client communications and follow-ups when needed

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

Completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field

1-2 years of sales and or marketing coordination experience in a healthcare organization preferred

Demonstrated creativity and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and designs

Strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
