ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute business-to-business (B2B) marketing initiatives across digital, print, email, social media, and other channels.

Create and maintain marketing content for websites, email campaigns, presentations, social media, and other communications.

Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), by creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.

Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, events, webinars, and other initiatives by managing timelines, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion.

Develop, order, and maintain branded merchandise, promotional items, and other marketing materials.

Provide administrative support by organizing marketing assets, maintaining project documentation, and scheduling meetings for marketing leadership.

Coordinate executive marketing communications, including producer meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities.

Perform other related marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging marketing trends.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Experience with Canva and alternative digital media platforms preferred.

Familiarity with social media management or email marketing preferred.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player with a willingness to support a variety of marketing initiatives.

Maintain a portfolio and provide work samples upon request.
