Strategic Sales Lead — Senior Living Growth

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Director of Sales (ADOS) to support the Sales & Marketing team, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure a seamless move-in experience for new residents.
You will maintain prospect records, support follow-ups, assist in setting and tracking sales goals, prepare move-in paperwork, and coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership. On-site events and resident orientation day are part of the role.
