Proposal Coordinator: Strategic Proposals & Graphics

RRM Design Group is seeking a full-time Proposal Coordinator to support planners, landscape architects, architects, engineers, and surveyors. You will prepare graphic-rich proposals, ensure materials are responsive, and help the team meet deadlines.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in marketing or proposal coordination, with excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently within a collaborative environment.
