Quanex is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd Shift in Jackson, GA. The role oversees hourly production associates, coordinates the production schedule, and ensures adherence to safety rules and SOPs. 2nd Shift runs from 2pm to 10pm, with hours subject to change based on business needs.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in supervision, plus excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred and a strong focus on safety and waste elimination.
