Responsibilities / Duties

Clear and HONEST communication.

Finance is highly involved in closing deals on the floor.

Must be able to build value and sell the products

Follow-up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and reiterate CSI survey

Manage CIT to ensure all deals are funded within 72hrs

Participate in daily training with the sales staff

Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day

Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours and weekends

Minimum 2yrs finance experience at a Franchise Dealership

Capable of reading credit and submitting/rehashing deals to get approvals

Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
