Global Healthcare Marketing Industry Verticals Product Advisor

The Industry Verticals Product Advisor provides strategic guidance and expertise on industry verticals products & solutions, customer needs, and market dynamics. This role acts as a trusted advisor to product managers and cross‑functional teams, helping ensure alignment with business goals through strategic thinking and deep market insight.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Pharmaceutical strategy, product development, product marketing, program management, executive presentations, strategy development, working with external customers to understand and design operational work flows.

Deep understanding of large Healthcare Pharmaceutical customer transportation ecosystems

Product Marketing or sales experience, program management in cold chain logistics

Global strategy and business case development

Global level project coordination, leadership, and management

Opportunity assessment, gap analysis, strategic recommendations

Executive presentation development and leadership

Pipeline and lead generation

Financial modeling and assessments

Business case development

Essential Functions

Advise product managers on strategic opportunities and customer needs within industry verticals.

Provide industry insights to inform product roadmaps and priorities, demonstrating strongStrategic Thinking.

Evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements, applying rigorousProblem Solving.

LeadCross-Functional Orchestrationwith engineering, design, operations, and data teams to deliver innovative solutions.

SupportGo-To-Market & Commercializationplanning with expert insights.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent directly related experience.

Minimum Experience
7+ years in product management, industry verticals solutions, or related roles with a proven track record of insights impacting product outcomes. An advanced degree may substitute for experience.

Pay Transparency
Pay: Memphis range: $9,719.96/mo - $16,523.93/mo; Pittsburgh range: $10,231.53/mo - $17,393.61/mo; Plano range: $10,231.53/mo - $17,393.61/mo

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week.
