Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications or related field
8 years of experience in communications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Strategic messaging and frameworks for complex subjects, in a cross‑functional teamwork environment
Development and implementation of strategic communication plans
Strong project management skills; ability to collaborate within cross‑functional and matrixed teams
Organizational and business savvy with demonstrated ability to influence all levels of an organization
Thorough analysis and recommendations on complex communication issues
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Coordination of activities with external agencies and internal customers for program‑specific communications
Negotiation and resolution of complex and sensitive issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness
Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity (highly desired)
What You Will Do
Develop communications plans and strategies to support business objectives and engage stakeholders
Identify potential issues that could influence brand reputation and implement mitigation communications strategies
Advise and consult with senior executives on communications issues
Collaborate with business units to align priorities and execute on plans
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure integrated communications initiatives
Write, review, edit, and implement communications across channels; optimize existing communications and channels
Provide leadership, direction, and create a positive team experience
Pay Range
Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: Expected hiring range $101,150‑136,850; full salary range $95,000‑155,000; bonus target 15%
North Dakota: Expected hiring range $90,907‑122,991; full salary range $80,716‑133,182
