Head of Field Marketing Executives (FME) België

Overview
As Head of Field Marketing Executives (FME), you lead our Belgian FME team, responsible for the development of the organization, people, and the quality of all Field Marketing activities within Belgium and Luxembourg. You work daily with Job Site Solutions (JSS), Sales, Marketing and colleagues across the Benelux organization. You are visible, approachable and motivate people to go the extra mile every day. You also build for today’s performance and for the leaders of tomorrow.

What you’ll be doing
You ensure Team Red performs at the highest level. Specifically, you:

Coach, inspire and develop your FME team.

Build a strong talent pipeline toward Job Site Solutions (JSS), Sales, Marketing and other growth roles.

Own the planning, coordination and execution of the Belgian FME event calendar, ensuring dealer activities, events, trade shows, truck tours and demonstrations are well organized.

Ensure quality and execution of demos, trainings, events and dealer activities.

Strongly collaborate with JSS, Sales and Marketing to successfully achieve commercial objectives and campaigns.

Encourage and guide the FME team in actively engaging both large and smaller professional end users to maximize Milwaukee visibility and success in the market.

Continuously seek improvements in processes, ways of working and team engagement.

Ensure your team has the right tools, demos, materials and a professional appearance.

Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, enjoyment and results.
