The Role The Product Manager, Professional Promotion, Gynecologic Oncology (Gyn-Onc) will execute brand strategies for Genmab's Gyn-Onc portfolio, including the launch of our first wholly-owned asset in this space. This critical role will report directly to the Associate Director, Professional Promotion, Gyn-Onc and collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, the Gyn-Onc Marketing team, and Omnichannel Strategy.
Work Arrangement This role offers flexibility to work away from the office 20%-40% of a typical schedule, in increments of single or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within 60 days and is approved by the hiring manager.
Responsibilities Leverage brand strategy to shape promotional efforts and execute launch tactical ecosystem
Partner closely with Marketing, Medical, and Business Operations stakeholders for seamless execution of brand materials
Establish collaborative relationships with external agency partners and internal stakeholders at Genmab
Provide clear communication, structure, and leadership across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Prepare promotional material for medical/legal review and actively engage in the review process to ensure launch readiness
Incorporate medical/legal feedback and ensure updates are reflected across all related promotional materials and launch deliverables
Collaborate with Genmab field stakeholders and Commercial Learning to support strategic execution and optimization of marketing materials
Manage project timelines, budgets and all key deliverables aligned to brand goals
Requirements Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus)
4+ years of professional relevant experience, including U.S. in-line marketing experience (agency experience considered)
Recent launch experience required; oncology launch experience strongly preferred
Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage feedback, maintain version control, and ensure consistency across promotional materials
Strong project/tactical management, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a complex, dynamic environment – self-starter with strong initiative and solutions-oriented mindset
Strong communication and presentation skills
Resourceful, decisive, and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization

Salary $115,200 - $172,800 (U.S.)
