  • Cross‑Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Content and Social Media Team to ensure influencer content aligns with brand standards, content development, communication and relationship management.
  • Gameday Activations: Oversee game day and special event logistics for Legends and influencers to include, but not limited to, managing invitations, coordinating travel, creating and distributing itineraries and providing on‑site hospitality. Oversee the Marketing suite planning, setup and execution for Ravens home games.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of outreach efforts, contract fulfillment, and budget expenditures. Additionally, oversee shipping and mailing operations for Legend gifts, influencer packages, and program materials.
