SEO Team Lead

Leading a team of organic search professionals, the full-time SEO Team Lead will manage SEO strategies, analyze KPIs, and create client-facing reports while mentoring team members in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Lead a small team to provide exceptional SEO services for assigned clients, collaborating with the Supervisor on deliverables and performance metrics
Proactively monitor organic KPIs, perform analysis, and translate findings into actionable SEO strategies and reporting
Mentor team members to enhance their SEO skills and knowledge while communicating directly with clients to understand their needs and goals

Required qualifications

Demonstrated experience in technical SEO, including conducting audits and resolving common issues
Strong understanding of local SEO practices and Google Business Profile optimization
Proficiency in creating customized SEO strategies using tools like Google Analytics and Semrush
Experience in client communication and customer service, with a focus on building relationships
Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends to drive SEO strategy development
