Director, Product Marketing, Acquia Source

Remotive · New York, NY, USA ·

Pay:
$200,000-$217,000/yr
Job type:
Full Time

Role Description

Acquia is hiring a Director of Product Marketing to own the go-to-market strategy and commercial success of Acquia Source, our digital command center for digital experiences. This is not a role for someone who wants a tidy brief and a long ramp. The product is evolving fast, the market is moving faster, and the buyer is recalibrating what they expect from a DXP in an AI-first world.

You will own the narrative, the launch motion, the sales enablement, and the commercial outcomes for Acquia Source end to end. You will not wait to be told what to do; you will see the gap, jump in, own it, and bring the rest of the org with you.

What You'll Own

GTM Strategy for Acquia Source:

Own the end-to-end GTM for our solution, including the command center, Acquia AI, and Source CMS.

Narrative and Positioning:

Sharpen, defend, and evolve the Acquia Source positioning.

Launch and Release Leadership:

Drive the launch motion for Acquia Source as it rolls out to customers through 2026.

Sales and Partner Enablement:

Equip global sales, SEs, CSMs, and partners to win.

Outcomes and Measurement:

Define what success looks like in numbers and instrument it from day one.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Pull product, sales, demand gen, content, brand, CS, and partner teams onto the same page.

PMM Peer Collaboration:

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with other PMM leads on shared narrative and joint launches.

Win/Loss and Competitive:

Dive deeper on deals and competitors that matter most to Acquia Source.

Demand and Content Partnership:

Partner with demand gen and content to translate the GTM into campaigns.

Pricing and Packaging Input:

Partner with product and finance on pricing and packaging decisions.

Qualifications

8+ years of product marketing experience, with meaningful time in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.

A track record of launching and scaling complex platform or AI products into enterprise buyers.

A demonstrated operating cadence built around weekly metrics review, fast iteration, and visible decision-making.

Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across product, sales, marketing, and CS in a fast-moving org.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Deep comfort with the modern DXP, CMS, MarTech, or AI infrastructure landscape.

A data instinct; you use quant and qual to decide where to invest.

Requirements

Experience marketing AI-native or AI-augmented enterprise products.

Background in DXP, CMS, DAM, or content infrastructure.

Experience building GTM motions that span multiple personas inside the same deal.

Experience driving expansion motions into an existing enterprise customer base.

Benefits

Competitive base and bonus.

Equity.

Comprehensive health benefits.

Generous PTO.

Flexible remote-first work environment.
