# Digital Marketing AssistantLehi Branch - Lehi, UT 84043## Description**Marketing Assistant****Full-Time | In-Office | Lehi, UT**We're growing our marketing team and are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive **Marketing Assistant** to help manage and execute marketing campaigns for a busy mortgage team.This is a great opportunity for someone who loves marketing, enjoys keeping projects organized, and can take ownership of campaigns from start to finish.**What You'll Do*** Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns for multiple loan officers.* Create, schedule, and manage email and text marketing campaigns.* Track campaign performance and maintain detailed reporting.* Monitor results and identify opportunities for improvement.* Help brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas and strategies.* Keep marketing projects organized and ensure deadlines are met.* Work closely with our team to execute consistent, high-quality marketing initiatives.**Bonus Qualifications**Experience with any of the following is a plus:* Social media marketing* Google Ads (Google Adwords)* CRM or marketing automation platforms* Email marketing platforms* Analytics and campaign reporting**Who We're Looking For**The ideal candidate is:* Extremely detail-oriented and organized.* Dependable and follows through without constant supervision.* A self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems.* Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.* Strong written communicator with excellent proofreading skills.* Someone who enjoys improving processes and finding more effective ways to market.This is **not** a sales or cold-calling position.
