Position Summary
The
Graphic Designer
is a key member of Audigy’s design team, able to work independently while supporting the manager and team. You will own projects and initiatives, producing high‑volume, customized designs for internal clients and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment focused on hospitality and service. You will be expected to:
Develop designs from concept to final product, including layout, typography, color theory, and custom illustration.
Prepare files for print and web production.
Retouch, color‑correct, and adjust photography as needed.
Create artwork for long‑ and short‑form content such as flyers and newsprint.
Provide illustrations, iconography, and custom typographic elements.
Contribute to brainstorming and strategic creative discussions.
Interact with clients and internal stakeholders with strong hospitality and customer‑service focus.
Serve as the manager’s go‑to for higher‑level projects and manage them independently.
Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and managers, keeping all parties informed.
Help the broader team improve skills and knowledge by sharing expertise.
Act as a quality‑assurance reviewer for the team’s output.
Document and share successful practices with the team.
What You Bring
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, design thinking, and best practices for digital and print.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Strong ability to translate design requests into compelling final products.
Desired Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a design‑related field (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 2 years as a graphic designer or similar role (required).
Experience with HubSpot or other marketing‑automation email platforms (preferred).
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred).
Comfortable working with Macs, fonts, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and Microsoft programs (Teams, Outlook).
Working Environment
Work in‑office required; occasional hybrid work permitted.
Full‑time role Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Hourly role, non‑exempt; overtime eligibility applies per law.
Physical Demands
Long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, potentially causing muscle strain.
Occasional lifting of supplies and materials.
