Position Summary
Tangent International is urgently seeking Radio Field Engineers to support live telecommunications field activities across Belgium. The role is critical to ensuring the quality, availability, and performance of radio network infrastructure through hands‑on field operations and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities

Perform field‑based support activities on live radio network sites

Assist with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of radio equipment

Conduct site inspections, measurements, and basic troubleshooting

Support fault resolution and network performance investigations

Coordinate with remote engineering and NOC teams

Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

Document site activities, findings, and resolutions accurately

Support continuous network availability and service quality

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Radio Field Engineer or similar telecom field role

Hands‑on experience working on live radio network sites

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work independently in field environments

Good technical documentation and communication skills

Valid right to work in Belgium (mandatory)

EU‑based candidates only

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

Experience supporting multi‑vendor radio environments

Prior contract or rollout project experience

Familiarity with health & safety procedures for telecom field work

Ability to start immediately
