Key responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of video editors while managing project distribution and maintaining team morale
Build and automate AI workflows to streamline post-production and enhance efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on creative concepts and resolve production bottlenecks
Required qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in managing video production/editing teams
Strong project management skills with a focus on quality and deadlines
Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
Proficient in integrating advanced AI tools for video production automation
Solid understanding of performance marketing and short-form video ads
