National Accounts AP Specialist

The National Accounts AP Specialist handles account payables processes involving external vendors and partners.
Essential Functions:
Enter contract details within E-auto to sync with Docuware
Review invoices received from dealers to approve, deny, or have revised
Communicate with internal teams for inventory replenishments
Communicate with dealer partners for changes needed
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and copiers.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree is preferred. 3-5 years of administrative experience.
