Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager you will support the execution of marketing, sales enablement, and product strategy for an assigned product category. This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused, and you will serve as a key connector between product management, sales teams, clinicians, and cross-functional partners. This role is designed to develop future product and marketing leaders through hands-on execution, field exposure, and close partnership with senior product management.
Success in this role is driven by strong organizational skills, clear communication, analytical rigor, and a willingness to spend time in the field learning directly from clinicians and sales representatives. As an Associate Product Manager you play an integral role in coordinating events and education, maintaining and evolving sales tools, supporting financial planning through reporting and analysis, and translating customer insights into actionable inputs for product and marketing strategies. You will achieve success in this role through effective implementation in the following areas:
Marketing Strategy, Reporting, & Financial Planning
Sales Execution Support, Communication & Program Management
Event Planning, Education & Program Management
Field Engagement & Clinical Learning
Market Research & New Product Development
This is a hybrid role with the requirement of working onsite at our Mentor, OH Corporate HQ, 3 days per week.
The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed

Required:
BA or BS degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant business experience
Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic team-based environment
Strong analytic and strategic thinking ability
Demonstrated ability to structure and manage a project from start to finish
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Experience utilizing AI-Based programs and tools
Other:
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication, particularly with sales and cross-functional teams.
Comfort working with data, reports, and spreadsheets to support financial and performance analysis.
Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
Willingness to learn in the field and adapt based on clinician and sales feedback.
Detail-oriented execution mindset with a strong sense of follow-through and accountability.

Pay range for this opportunity is $70,250.00 - $93,750.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
