What You'll Contribute
Support the planning, creation, implementation, and management of customer communication inventory.
Assist in the development and execution of communication projects across all channels.
Create high-quality written content for various communication channels.
Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all communication materials and platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.
Create and coordinate quick responses to issues requiring remediation with relevant business, IT, and risk partners.
Handle multiple projects on tight timelines.
Serve as a subject matter expert for processes, programs, and products related to applicable communications.
What You Have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with various communication channels.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Highly proficient skills in using communication tools and software.
Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong sense of ownership, proactive initiative, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Experience in the financial industry.
Writing sample and document revision required.
Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism or bachelor's degree and/or previous experience in customer communications or marketing.
Preferred: 5+ years of experience in the financial industry (preferably marketing- or service-related roles) 1-2 years project management experience
