Job Overview Insurify is a fast‑growing FinTech startup building AI‑powered insurance comparison tools.
Your Impact Conduct keyword research and user intent analysis using SEO tools to create content outlines for transactional topics and optimize existing content for traditional search and AI‑based search.
Partner on scalable content strategy to grow qualified organic traffic and increase visibility across AI‑powered search experiences.
Optimize on‑page SEO elements including titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and structured content to improve rankings, click‑through rates, and AI/LLM comprehension.
Collaborate closely with SEO, editorial, and product teams to align content execution with evolving search algorithms, AI‑driven search behavior, and business goals.
Analyze competitive landscapes, performance data, and SEO best practices to identify and apply optimization opportunities, including content gaps and AIO/GEO‑friendly formatting.
Monitor and report on organic performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, CTR, and AI search visibility, and use insights to refine content and optimization strategies.
Who you are Self‑starter with 1‑2 years of experience in an SEO/Content role.
B.A./B.S. degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or Computer Science preferred.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces.
Understanding of how search engines and AI‑driven ranking systems surface, interpret, and synthesize content across traditional and generative search experiences.
Fast learner who quickly adapts to new tools and processes.
Proactive and stays ahead of the latest search trends and algorithmic changes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $70,000–$80,000.
