Responsibilities Intake marketing requests and coordinate workflow across departments, agencies, and external vendors
Coordinate email send schedules, audience lists, and approvals with the email/digital team ensuring each send reflects the correct brand, audience, and timing
Maintain the master marketing and promotional calendars, flagging conflicts and scheduling risks proactively
Coordinate creative asset routing and approvals, tracking stakeholder sign-off against deadlines
Support sales team asset requests and fulfillment
Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and budget documentation, and support vendor communications
Manage logistics and scheduling for promotional, event, and marketing campaigns, tracking tasks from briefing through final delivery
Help gather inputs and compile creative briefs that capture objectives, audience, messaging, and deliverables for stakeholder review
Schedule and track asset delivery across email, digital placements, and marketing materials
Compile and distribute campaign status updates and reports provided by the digital team
Support production of content assets including photo/video shoots, blog posts, and product and project guides coordinating logistics, timelines, and deliverables alongside the AI Content Specialist and product training department
Help maintain the external training library (BlueVolt) and coordinate the creation of new e-Training content
Organize and maintain digital asset libraries including brand templates, images, video, and collateral
Requirements 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, administrative support, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills - you track the details, own the calendar, and nothing falls through the cracks
High attention to detail, including an eye for brand consistency and completeness when reviewing assets
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with everyday productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project/calendar tools)
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience supporting content production; photo/video shoots, blog workflows, or similar
Familiarity with project management or digital asset management tools
Experience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing marketing
Familiarity with channel marketing, distributor communications, sales enablement, or end-user marketing
Certifications & Qualifications Associate’s degree in Marketing
