Regional Manager, Affordable Housing & Leasing

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager for Affordable Housing to oversee a portfolio of communities. The role covers operations, leasing, maintenance, and financial management while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and Asset policies.
You will supervise on-site staff, implement training, and drive occupancy through strategic leasing and marketing. A strong background in LIHTC and a CAM/ARM credential is preferred, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and risk management.
