Position Overview
Senior Visual Designer at WOO X, a global centralised crypto futures and spot trading platform. WOO X offers best-in-class liquidity and price execution, with an average daily volume exceeding $1.5 billion and a community of hundreds of thousands of traders worldwide. The team of 200+ employees spans 12 cities across eight countries in Europe and Asia.

As part of our Visual Design team, you will transform the company's goals and products into a sensible user experience, ensuring it is scalable and sustainable.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation of visually compelling designs for web, mobile, and marketing assets, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.

Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the company’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.

Leverage expertise in web3 to design visuals that are intuitive and accessible for both novice and experienced crypto users.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams—Product, Marketing, and Tech—to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.

Create interactive prototypes and collaborate with UX designers to conduct usability tests, iterating on designs based on user feedback.

Stay updated with the latest trends in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and visual design to inform and innovate design solutions.

Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in visual design, with a proven track record in the web3 domain.

Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and its visual landscape.

Strong portfolio showcasing a creative and user‑centric approach to design.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in industry‑standard design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).

Passion for crypto and a strong belief in its potential to revolutionise finance.

Experience with UI/UX design principles; knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

Experience working in a fast‑paced, startup environment.

Fluent in English.
