Job Summary
Our client, a leading medical device manufacturing company, is looking for a Buyer II to support supply chain operations at the Miami site.

Responsibilities

Facilitate supply needs at the site level and collaborate with Production, QC, and Warehouse teams to ensure successful operational alignment.

Interface with Procurement to coordinate planning, sourcing, and procurement activities for raw materials, finished goods, equipment, and supplies used in the manufacture of division products.

Manage tactical procurement, inventory control, and supplier management, including issue resolution and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Prepare and maintain purchase orders and related documentation, monitor supplier performance, and negotiate terms and pricing.

Support the development and execution of procurement strategies to achieve cost savings, quality, and timeliness objectives.

Qualifications

Experience in procurement or a related supply‑chain role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of sourcing and buyer functions with an ability to manage multiple suppliers and maintain accurate records.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.
