Remote Franchise Sales Director Growth & Territory Lead

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Franchise Sales Director for the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand. This 100% remote role requires residency within the defined territory and involves travel across MT, WY, CO, NE, KS, IA and MO.
You will own the full sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and drive brand growth through strategic prospecting, negotiations, and deal conversions. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 1–3 years in related sales roles.
