Job Description Cambria is looking for a motivated sales and relationship driven individual in Denver, CO to help grow our business within the architectural and design community!Responsibilities Sell Cambria by building and cultivating solid relationshipsDevelop and maintain strategically beneficial working business relationships with residential and commercial architects and designers in the assigned territoryProactively plan and schedule sales calls with partners that can influence specificationsCollaborate daily with Market Representatives in this and other markets to help steward and close active projectsProvide samples for specific projects and update identified product libraries with all Cambria designs, marketing materials and contact informationActively participate in related industry associations, such as IIDA and AIA, for networking purposesBe available to meet with customers daily, including over meals or at events, sometimes outside normal business hoursMaintain a continual organized and professional presence in the local marketDevelop quarterly and annual territory sales plans to direct efforts and calibrate progress with your DMAccurately collect and update customer information through Salesforce on a daily basisAccurately collect and update commercial project information in the project tracker through the Commercial Nerve Center on a daily basisIdentify and participate in appropriate trade shows to increase brand recognitionMaintain and submit expense invoices for reimbursement dailyEducate customers on and represent the brand and productPresent product knowledge materials to architects, designers and specifiersEffectively educate them on product attributes and differentiatorsHelp customers understand the value, quality and history of the brandUnderstand all sales and marketing programs and materials so you can present them to customersBe an expert in industry standards and regulatory codes, including LEED and Green issuesMaintain a high level of business, financial and industry expertise to advise partners effectivelyConduct AIA and IDCEC continuing education seminarsActively use all social media channels Cambria participates in to promote the brand and productQualifications & Skills Experience in the architectural and design industry is a plusPrevious B2B sales experience is requiredStrong business knowledge and financial acumenProven track record of being customer-focused with a professional demeanorAbility to build strong professional relationships and a proven track record of salesExcellent communication and presentation skillsSuperior organizational and follow-up skillsSelf‑motivated with the ability to work independentlyEntrepreneurial mindsetDemonstrates professionalism, integrity, and fiscal responsibilityMinimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of B2B sales, preferably within the architectural and design fieldSystems: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); Concur and Salesforce preferredTravel Requirements 90% local travel to customersRemaining 10% to trade shows, associations and trips to Minnesota for trainingMust be able to work extended hours, evenings, overnights and weekendsMust hold a valid Driver's LicensePhysical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to deliver samples and trade show materialsSalary & Benefits Salary Range: $85,000 – $114,000Position will be provided a branded company vehicle, or temporary mileage reimbursement until a vehicle becomes availableBenefits include Health and Dental insurance, Paid Time Off, 7 paid holidays, 401(k) plus matching, Discretionary Profit Sharing, Flexible Spending Account, Life, Supplemental Life, and Disability Insurance, Referral Program, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Discount, and Professional Development AssistanceEEO Statement Cambria participates in E-Verify.
