About the role
The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for utilizing new and existing strategies to source and pre‑screen candidates to fill temporary and direct hire job orders for various clients. A successful Coordinator will develop and maintain professional relationships with multiple sourcing resources, generating pools of qualified applicants to build and sustain comprehensive candidate pipelines. Acting as the candidate’s employment agent (i.e., liaison) through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle, the Coordinator implements initiatives for recruiting diverse talent. Nurtures and manages relationships with prospective talent and clients. Meets performance KPIs and SLA metrics and focuses on an improved candidate experience.
What you’ll be doing
Coaches candidates for success in client interviews.
Develops long‑term relationships with Associates while on assignment, striving for redeployment.
Ensures positive onboarding and orientation experience for all associates.
Provides Associates with guidance on policy interpretation, benefits, career development, and training opportunities.
Develop associate engagement programs (with the assistance of management and/or client) to bolster the Adecco/associate relationship and improve satisfaction and retention.
Responds to temporary employee inquiries and escalates further as necessary.
Counsels Associates on how to develop and grow professionally, providing feedback and support to help candidates overcome barriers.
Complete associate check‑ins/reviews based on key Moments of Truth.
Associate Care & Engagement/NPS.
Foster continuous associate satisfaction through formal and informal feedback and develop and execute action plans, as needed, to address opportunities for improvement.
Takes decisive and persistent action on addressing associate and client complaints and grievances; uses independent discretion to assess the proper course of action.
Field and address standard client requests.
Build and maintain relationships with associates and clients.
Responsible for retention of associates and clients along with the manager.
Provide coaching and counseling around job performance to associates as necessary.
Identify a training plan (up‑skill and re‑skill) for associates to improve their employability with Adecco clients.
Administrative
Maintain and update candidate/associate records in tracking database.
Daily/Weekly management of established productivity and KPI metrics with continued focus on the improvement in business operations efficiencies while maintaining a healthy cost to serve.
Manage Adecco website and all digital tools to monitor the selection process, creating processes based on target categories, searching for candidates and registering the status of candidates.
Responsible for creating a positive candidate journey and excellent customer service as measured by the NPS and Peakon scores.
Maintains and updates thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation of all client, candidate, and temporary employee interactions via front office system and filing system.
Enter and track assignment and/or candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
About you
A high school diploma or equivalent with a preferred minimum of six (6) months of recruiting and customer service experience.

Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong problem‑solving & decision‑making skills are important.
Compensation
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $70,304 - $71,186. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.
