Director of AI Creative Systems & Production

Realtor.com is seeking an AI Creative Systems Director to own the AI-driven creative infrastructure powering its marketing initiatives. You will be embedded from day one, building AI systems on real deliverables, linking briefs with production, and raising capabilities across roles.
You will lead development of AI intelligence infrastructure, partner with Motion Design on AI-enabled video, and standardize AI tools across disciplines. A strong background in creative AI is required.
