Regional VP, Grocery Operations & Growth

Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead 7–12 districts, drive region profitability, and develop the District Director team. You will shape culture, coach leaders, and collaborate with merchant, marketing, supply chain, and HR to optimize sales and customer experience.
The role requires strategic forecasting, budgeting, and strong financial analysis to meet goals. Occasional travel and flexible hours are expected as you guide district performance.
