Regional Director of Hotel Sales & Growth

InnVentures IVI LP is seeking an Area Director of Sales for the San Jose area to lead and coach a multi-hotel sales team, driving new business and expanding market share. You will mentor staff, negotiate with ownership groups, and partner with revenue management and operations to maximize profitability.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years as a DOSM or sales leader with hotel sales experience, and comfort with sales automation tools and PMS platforms.
