Account Manager – X (Formerly Twitter) Location: Ogden, UT – Hybrid
The Account Manager is responsible for working with existing advertisers and ensuring the success of their ad campaigns. This role involves managing client relationships, utilizing data to make strategic decisions, and providing value to both X and its advertisers.
What Will You Do? Lead a customer outreach process that includes calls and emails to build and manage external customer relationships and provide continued account support.
Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and advertising spend on the platform.
Use client-provided and self-guided training resources to stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
Use data to manage, review, and report on pipeline to the manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to achieve targets.
Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM.
Build and manage relationships internally within the MarketStar team and externally with client counterparts.
Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal MarketStar peers and leadership.
Use data to drive planning and success internally and externally.
Provide customer sentiment insights, including product feedback and key industry learnings.
What You Will Need to Succeed Strong time and project management organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
Experience setting and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and adapt to change.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement strategic plans (preferred).
Previous experience with account management or prior experience in sales or technology (preferred).
