2nd Shift Production Supervisor — Food Manufacturing Leader

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift at our Le Center, MN facility. You will coach hourly associates, resolve issues, and act as the link between line staff and plant management to drive quality, safety, productivity and waste control.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, supervisory experience in food manufacturing, and strong leadership with solid communication. Flexibility for extended shifts, weekends, and bilingual Spanish abilities are a plus.
